Seaboard Marine wishes to advise our valued customers that due to extraordinary delays to cross through the Panama Canal a Panama Canal Emergency Surcharge will be applied to all breakbulk and unit cargo between the United States Gulf Coast and West Coast South America.
Effective April 5, 2020, the charge, applicable to all public tariff and service contract rates for cargo between the United States Gulf Coast and West Coast South America (Chile, Peru, and Ecuador) is as follows:
