Seaboard Marine wishes to advise our valued customers, effective April 5, 2022, a detention per diem tri-axle charge applicable to all southbound/northbound shipments for the following:
Tri-Axle Chassis Detention Charge to/from Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, El Salvador, and Costa Rica: The Merchant shall be allowed the following free time for the use of a Tri-Axle Chassis:
a. Guatemala/Honduras/Costa Rica/ El Salvador/Nicaragua – Date of exiting container yard (Gate-Out) plus one (1) calendar day free. Day two (2) and beyond – $150.00 per day per tri-axle chassis until returned to the Carriers terminal or CY (Gate-In).
Example: Date Of Out-Gate Plus One(1) Calendar Day – Free, Day Two (2) And Beyond – $150.00 Per Day Per Tri-Axle Chassis.
