Seaboard Marine wishes to advise our valued customers of a Hazardous Cargo charge increase on cargo between all non-US ports pairs effective April 3, 2022.
The charge, applicable to all tariff and service contracts, is as follows:
A.$250.00 Per Container – All Water Service (Service Type “O”).
B. $350.00 Per Container – Intermodal Service (Service Type “D”).
C. Less than Containerload (cl), Unit and Breakbulk Shipments between Jamaica and Cayman- $100.00 Per Bill Of Lading (Applies if all or any portion of the shipment is identifiable as hazardous).
D. LCL hazmat between any other non-US port pair is prohibited.
All special hazmat provisions will be increased to the values mentioned herein.
