Seaboard Marine wishes to advise our valued customers of an increase on local Houston drayage effective July 3, 2022. The increase, applicable to all tariff and service contracts, will be applied on drayage between the carrier’s terminal facility and the surrounding Houston, TX area is as follows:

Houston Local Drayage:
1. Up to 70 miles (35 miles each way) from carriers’ terminal -$525.00 round trip inclusive of the United States domestic fuel surcharge and the inland recovery charge or line-haul surcharge. Drop & pick service is an additional $200 per container.
2. From 71 to 100 (up to 50 miles each way) miles from carriers’ terminal – $650.00 round trip inclusive of the United States domestic fuel surcharge and the inland recovery charge or line-haul surcharge. Drop & pick service is an additional $650 per container.
3. From 101 to 200 (up to 100 miles each way) from carriers’ terminal -$1,000.00 round trip inclusive of the United States domestic fuel surcharge and the inland recovery charge or line-haul surcharge. Drop & pick service is an additional $1,000 per container.
4. Additional stops will need to be quoted on a case by case basis.

Tanker Endorsement License $150
Hazardous Material Fee $350
Refrigerated Container Surcharge – $150.00

All charges are round trip between carriers terminal and one location within the defined Metropolitan Area. The service includes delivering a piece of equipment to a merchant’s location for live load or unloading of cargo that is intended or has moved under carriers’ bill of lading.  Carrier may also provide drop & pick service which will include unhooking and leaving The equipment at the merchant’s facility for evacuation at a later point in time (which will incur additional charges as stipulated herein) in accordance with the merchant’s booking instructions and carriers’ equipment demurrage & free time in US Ports, Rule 021-010 Or Service Contracts.
