Gulf Terminal Receiving
A Gulf terminal receiving charge will apply on all cargoes moving via the Port of Houston as follows:
Charges apply on all shipments moving southbound (exports from the U.S.) and northbound (imports to the U.S.)

Special Handling Charge for Coated Pipe Sb/Nb
A special handling charge for coated pipe will apply moving out of the Gulf Ports.
The increase, applicable to all tariff and service contracts, is as follows:

Houston Jacintoport Terminal:
1. Mechanical Loaded:
A. 20′ Equipment $371.70
B. 40X’/45’ Equipment – $562.71

2. Hand Loaded
A. 20′ Equipment – $604.01
B: 40′ Or 45′; Equipment – $650.48
All hand-loaded transfers are by scheduled appointment only. Cancellation of the scheduled appointment must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time; otherwise, charges will apply.

3. Exceptions:
A. Paper in rolls loaded at Houston Jacintoport terminal – a charge of $316.98 per container will apply; receiving of paper in rolls at Jacintoport Intl terminal: $6.97 per 2000 lbs. (min. $113.58 per dock receipt)

B. Open Top Houston – $826.00 (Per Container) Rate Includes Crane Charge.

Protective Covering
Exception for Houston Jacintoport Terminal, the charge shall be $190.00 per disposable tarp.
Installation performed by the Carrier or its Agent: $180.00

Blocking and Bracing
** HOUSTON PORTION ONLY**

Exception a: blocking and bracing performed at Houston Jacintoport Terminal shall be $215.00 per equipment.
Shipper-loaded cargo: The Carrier will not provide services to secure shipper-loaded cargo. When the Carrier is requested to provide straps to the shipper to secure the cargo, the carrier will provide straps at a charge of $85.00 per strap
Houston: straps or chains & binders: $85.00 per set

Limited Quantity Verification (LQV) Inspection
** HOUSTON PORTION ONLY**
Limited quantity verification (LQV) inspection – when the Carrier is required to place a container alongside the vessel for an LQV or made available for a VACIS inspection, the following fee shall apply:

B. Houston, Tx – Jacintoport Intl. Terminal
1. Door Inspection – per Container: $92.93
2. LQV or VACIS Inspection – per Container: $191.01
3. USDA – AQI Inspection -per Container: $758.89
3A. USDA – AQI Intensive Inspection – per Container: 1,115.10
4. Labor for Inspections- additional Labor if needed: $65.00 per Hour
