Seaboard Marine wishes to advise our valued customers on continuing external factors affecting cargo transportation throughout Latin America and the Caribbean Basin, including operations at major ports and connecting roadways. Significant port congestion in Santo Tomas, Guatemala, is adversely impacting vessel schedules and transportation logistics.
All vessels calling Santo Tomas, Guatemala, are experiencing heavy delays due to terminal congestion and slow operations. These delays also impact cargo deliveries for both import and export containers.
Vessels Currently Affected:
• Warnow Whale Voyage 292 – Arrived Tuesday, April 1 at 5:30 AM and is still awaiting berth availability.
• Seaboard Pioneer Voyage 173 – Arrived Sunday, March 30, at 4:00 AM. The vessel berthed and commenced operations on Monday, March 31, at 4:30 PM. Completed operations and sailed on Tuesday, April 1, at 9:30 PM
• Lena Voyage 302 – The estimated arrival time to Santo Tomas is April 4, at 5:00 AM. Delays are to be expected.
