Seaboard Marine wishes to advise our valued customers of a Carrier Roll Over Fee to be applied on all cargo rolled from South Florida, Houston, Philadelphia and New York ports effective March 15, 2020. The Roll Over Fee applies when Seaboard Marine receives a container at the terminal and the customer cancels the booking on a vessel/voyage, and then re-books the same cargo on the next or a subsequent vessel/voyage.
The charge, applicable to all tariff and service contracts on service from all U.S. ports is as follows:
$100 per container
