Seaboard Marine wishes to advise our valued customers of an increase to the Gulf Wharfage/Cargo Service Charge as assessed by the New Orleans port terminal tariff effective December 12, 2021, will be assessed on all cargo to or from New Orleans, Louisiana. The charges assessed by the Port Authority are for the account of the cargo.
