Seaboard Marine wishes to advise our valued customers that oil pollution in the port of Maracaibo, Venezuela requires proper hull cleaning after each vessel call to ensure the vessel can resume its voyage in compliance with IMO regulations. As a result, a Hull Cleaning Surcharge will be implemented on January 5, 2020.
The charge, applicable to all tariff and contract rates is as follows:
