Seaboard Marine wishes to advise our valued customers that we are actively monitoring Fiona, which has strengthened into a hurricane as it moves through the Caribbean.
A Hurricane Warning is currently in effect for the eastern portion of the Dominican Republic. A Hurricane Watch is in effect for parts of the north and south coasts of the Dominican Republic. Heavy rainfall and flooding are anticipated.
Our offices and ports in the Dominican Republic are closed until further notice.
As Fiona’s path continues to develop, we will continue to monitor and provide updates as developments occur.
The safety of our staff, crews, vessels, and our customer’s cargo is of the utmost importance.
