Seaboard Marine wishes to advise our valued customers of Tropical Storm Eta’s impact as we continue to track the storm.

The center of the storm is now slightly west of the Florida Keys in the Gulf of Mexico.

The Medley warehouse closed this morning but will reopen at 1:00 P.M. EST, Monday, November 9.

PortMiami remains under U.S. Coast Guard imposed readiness condition Zulu. Our port facility remains closed and will reopen for terminal operations following U.S. Coast Guard safety inspections and the lifting of condition Zulu.

Vessel operations at PortMiami for the M/V Patriot Voyage 254, M/V A/S Samanta Voyage 24, and M/V A.S Sabrina Voyage 20 have been suspended until the storm has passed and operations can safely resume.

Puerto Cortes and Santo Tomas are open for vessel and terminal operations. Expect trucking delays throughout this week in Central America in the aftermath of Hurricane Eta. Trucking operations in El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua are largely suspended until road conditions improve following widespread flooding.

As Eta’s path continues to develop, we will continue to monitor and provide updates on operations and the vessel’s status as developments occur.

The safety of our staff, crews, vessels, and our customer’s cargo is of the utmost importance.

We appreciate the patience and support of our customers during this active 2020 Hurricane Season.
