Seaboard Marine wishes to advise our valued customers of Tropical Storm Eta’s impact as we continue to track the storm.
The center of the storm remains slightly west of northwest Cuba in the Gulf of Mexico.
Our Miami office and warehouse are fully open today. Additionally, our PortMiami facility, as well as the PortMiami tunnel and bridge, are fully open.
Container discharging at PortMiami for the M/V Patriot Voyage 254, M/V A/S Samanta Voyage 24, and M/V A.S Sabrina Voyage 20 have started. For details on the updated vessel schedule, please contact your Seaboard Marine representative.
Puerto Cortes, Honduras, and Santo Tomas, Guatemala, are open for vessel and terminal operations. Trucking operations in El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua have largely resumed with few exceptions, mostly in Guatemala, as road conditions improve following widespread flooding after last week’s historic rainfalls.
As Eta’s path continues to develop, we will continue to monitor and provide updates on operations and the vessel’s status as developments occur.
The safety of our staff, crews, vessels, and our customer’s cargo is of the utmost importance.
We appreciate the patience and support of our customers during this active 2020 Hurricane Season.
