Seaboard Marine wishes to advise our valued customers we are actively tracking Tropical Storm Nicholas as it moves along the U.S. Gulf Coast.
A Tropical Storm Warning remains in effect for the upper coastline of Texas and the Western Louisiana coast.
Our Houston office and our Jacintoport terminal remain closed due to the effects of the storm and power outages in the area but intend to reopen tomorrow, Wednesday, September 15th, at 8:00 AM CDT once power has been restored. Vessel activity is expected to resume late this evening.
As Nicholas’ path evolves, we will continue to monitor and provide updates as developments occur.
The safety of our staff, crews, vessels, and our customer’s cargo is of the utmost importance.
