Seaboard Marine wishes to advise our valued customers of a decrease in the United States Domestic Fuel Surcharge. Effective June 1, 2020, the United States Domestic Fuel Surcharge Index shall be based on the following:

| Red Hook Container Terminal, Brooklyn, NY (Brooklyn) | 17.50% |
| Port of Savannah, Savannah, GA (Savannah) | 17.50% |
