The charge, applicable to all tariff and service contracts, is as follows:

The charge will apply on all northbound cargo destined to the following port locations: Brooklyn, New York, Newark, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Savannah, Georgia originating from Central American and South American ports:

The charge will apply on all southbound cargo originating from the following port locations: Brooklyn, New York, Newark, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Savannah, Georgia destined to Central American and South American ports:
