Seaboard Marine wishes to advise our valued customers that the Cold Treatment Service Charges (USCT) will be changed due to the scheduled increase by USDA regulations.
On May 8, 2024, The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) amended its Agricultural Quarantine and Inspection (AQI) program user fees, which includes Cold Treatment.
Effective Tuesday, October 1, 2024, the USDA Agriculture Quarantine Inspections (USCT) Charge will increase from $237.00 to $240.60 per container.
