The newly acquired refrigerated containers are equipped with advanced technology, which places our fleet at the forefront of operational efficiency and innovation. These containers feature cutting-edge temperature monitoring systems and can significantly reduce energy consumption compared to standard refrigerated cargo units. This substantial investment will greatly benefit those customers shipping perishables by enhancing the quality, reliability, and efficiency of our refrigerated cargo services.

The new containers joined our fleet aboard our newly built LNG-powered V-Class vessels, the Seaboard Voyager and Seaboard Victory. Beyond upgrading our refrigerated containers, Seaboard Marine is also investing in new dual-fuel LNG vessels. These modern vessels, each equipped with over 1,000 refrigerated cargo plugs, are designed to minimize the environmental impact of our shipping operations while improving energy efficiency.
