Seaboard Marine wishes to advise our valued customers effective July 4, 2021, inland services provided via Savannah Ocean Terminal under carrier haulage shall be subject to a $100 Ocean Terminal Inland Surcharge. The surcharge is applicable to all tariff and service contract export or import door services provided by Seaboard Marine via the Savannah Ocean Terminal.

This charge is to recover the additional expense motor carriers are applying as an additional charge for queuing at Ocean Terminal in Savannah.

Savannah Local Drayage increase

As a result of the new Ocean Terminal Inland Surcharge we will also be adjusting our local drayage rates for Savannah to reflect the $100 increase.

Whenever Seaboard Marine is requested to arrange for or provide Cl/Tl pickup and/or delivery service between the points named below and Seaboard Marine’s terminal facilities in Savannah, Georgia, charges will be assessed as per below:

0 To 20 Miles (Up To 40 Miles Round-Trip): $450.00
21 To 45 Miles Each Way (Up To 90 Miles Round-Trip): $600.00
46 To 80 Miles Each Way (Up To 160 Miles Round-Trip): $720.00

Savannah, Georgia via South Carolina Points
0 To 20 Miles (Up To 40 Miles Round-Trip): $570.00
21 To 45 Miles Each Way (Up To 90 Miles Round-Trip): $720.00
46 To 80 Miles Each Way (Up To 160 Miles Round-Trip): $845.00
